Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and handle checkout and services across departments. You’ll support home improvement shoppers with product recommendations and timely assistance in a dynamic store environment.

The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability, with opportunities to learn trade skills and participate in store programs across locations.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
