Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement solutions in a busy store.

You will assist with locating products, processing orders, stocking shelves, and supporting other departments as needed. The role offers health insurance, tuition assistance, a company-match 401(k), employee stock purchase program, and a 10% associate discount. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or mobile devices in a retail setting.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic understood for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paints, pipes, wood, etc).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
