Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll work across departments, assist with merchandise selection, and participate in ongoing training to improve service quality.

Qualifications include basic computer and retail tech experience, strong math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual skills are a plus; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
