Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer and inputting or retrieving information.
• Minimum 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock and organize shelves to ensure availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
