Qualifications

6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
6 months of using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted (or more with assistance).

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Stock merchandise and replenish supplies on shelves.
Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
