Job summary

Lowe's Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Tennessee to help customers find products and solve home improvement challenges. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and provide friendly service in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and collaborating across departments to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role supports team goals and may require bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/trim items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
