Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required
• Lift 25lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds) per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
