Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties
• Minimum 25 lb lifting capability

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt of merchandise
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned
