Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance in-store.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, assist across departments as needed, and participate in training to grow your skills. This role offers part-time scheduling options and access to Lowe’s benefits and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic office tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform varied duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
