Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in Norcross, GA are seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, locate products, and provide helpful service throughout their shopping journey.

You may assist across departments, process orders and deliveries, and participate in training to deliver the best in-store experience. This role offers flexible schedules and potential for growth within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including basic data entry
• 6 months experience with retail devices such as smartphones or tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties
• Minimum 25 lb lift capability

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
