Job summary

Lowe's Customer Service Associate greets customers, helps them find home improvement products, answers questions, and ensures a friendly shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Lawn & Garden.

You may assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and support teammates as needed. The role offers growth opportunities and access to Lowe's benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimum lift 25 lbs (unassisted)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
