Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs.

You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. Daily tasks include answering questions, stocking, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other departments to deliver the best customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
• Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
