Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service in-store. This part-time role supports multiple departments and may involve assisting with loading merchandise and processing orders.

You will work to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic computer tasks, retail tech tools, and standing for shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
