Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting and accessing information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology like smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as part of duties.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare merchandise in the department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
