Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer; basic input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Preferred: 6 months of retail or customer service experience; bilingual skills; department trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint mix paints, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout; perform other duties as assigned.
