Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement, delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders and deliveries to ensure customers receive items accurately and on time. The role may involve cross-training in other departments to support excellent shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar devices.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, cut wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
