Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a home improvement environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise, answering questions, and supporting store operations across departments. Some roles may involve stocking, checkout assistance, and cross-training in adjacent areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned
