Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Bristol, PA. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory on-site.

Responsibilities include moving trucks, explaining products, and preparing invoices. We offer on-the-job education, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the U-Haul family.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and assist with related tasks.
