U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the brand at our Philadelphia location. You will assist customers, operate U-Scan tech for rentals, and help with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers.

Prioritizing safety, you will inspect equipment and answer questions while delivering excellent service. The role offers on-the-job training, potential bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the U-Haul network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Comfort with using smartphone-based tech for rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; educate customers.
