Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in East Petersburg, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist customers with products and services at our center.

You will use U-Scan to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

This on-site role includes training through U-Haul University and may offer benefits such as health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift certification offered on employment.
• Other duties as assigned and participation in U-Haul education programs.
