Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with products and services inside and outside a U-Haul center. You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers about offerings.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with ongoing training through U-Haul University and opportunities for frontline advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
