U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hershey, PA to greet customers, assist with rentals, and answer questions about products and services. You will use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and rentals, help move/hook trucks, inspect equipment, and prepare invoices.

The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities to advance. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and fill propane/certifications as offered.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
