Job summary

Western Pest Services in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the link between customers and service technicians. You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer communication

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks and assignments
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
