Western Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Spring House, PA office. You will be the link between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and handling inquiries with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Experience handling accounts receivable and collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.

• Deliver accurate service and sales information.
• Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications.
• Respond to leads and referrals.
• Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
• Assist in scheduling of service routes.
• Produce accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
• Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed.
