Gilmore Heating, Air, & Plumbing, now part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, inquiries, and support issues, coordinating with technicians to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in call center or customer service, plus excellent communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in call center, customer service, sales, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
• Strong listening, problem solving, and sales capabilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Comfortable typing and working with computers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for service accounts.
• Follow communication scripts while engaging with customers.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Upsell products and services when appropriate.
• Build sustainable customer relationships.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Maintain and grow product knowledge.
