Job summary

PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners, handling scheduling, inquiries, and service coordination in an in-office setting in Doraville, GA.

You will support technicians via ServiceTitan, manage customer accounts, and ensure a smooth, positive experience through timely communication and problem-solving. Prior call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software is a plus.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
• Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments while maximizing technician efficiency.
• Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to follow up on leads, schedule maintenance, and provide exceptional customer care.
• Create and manage customer accounts, memberships, and daily tasks within ServiceTitan.
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and the inside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process payments and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
