Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Brecksville, OH to serve as a subject matter expert, scheduling service visits and optimizing routes with empathy and accuracy. You will support branch goals by maintaining customer records, answering calls, and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs with active listening.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information, call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information
