TitleMax is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be a vital part of Store Operations. You will educate customers about loans/pawns, manage payments, and help grow the business while maintaining brand integrity.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. In-person attendance is required with typical 40-hour workweeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers; data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout loan/pawn process.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Build relationships to generate referrals and participate in in-store/community events.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Maintain customer data in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Uphold company policies and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
