GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in our Mt. Pleasant, MI office. You will support mortgage loan processing, handle payments, and coordinate documentation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service or office experience, with a HS Diploma or equivalent. Banking experience is preferred, and you’ll be part of a team that values accuracy and local community involvement.

Responsabilités

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• Answering incoming calls and receipting payments.
• Disbursing funds and providing administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and loan documentation.
• Collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitate loan closings and ensure accuracy.
• Handling data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.
