Job summary

You will greet customers, receipts payments, disburse funds, and provide administrative support to mortgage loan processing and documentation. 5 days a week in the Ionia office; HS diploma and 2+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Answer calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, and administrative support for mortgage loan processing.
• Assist with loan documentation, data entry, and branch operations ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Work 5 days a week in the Ionia office.
