Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our service for all customer segments and to support branch operations.

You will handle daily customer interactions, receipting payments, and provide administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and documentation. The role involves coordinating documents and ensuring accuracy to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or office experience.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service as a daily priority.
• Answer incoming calls, receipting payments, and assisting with loan processing tasks.
• Assist with loan documentation, collect and coordinate documents, and support loan closings to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain branch operations and supply ordering, contributing to smooth daily workflow.

Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.

What Experience can you Bring?

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 + years customer service or office experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
