Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Moderate computer skills including email and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and enter orders via phone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Respond to basic product inquiries and provide quotes.
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices within approved parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and support process improvements.
• Sourcing products from branch, distribution center, or supplier inventory to fulfill orders.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods and coordinate shipments.
• Support Account Representatives and expedite backorders.
• Handle customer returns as needed.
