Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle front-end duties and cash register tasks while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers in Urbana.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms.
• Provide positive, respectful interactions with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and company assets.
