Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, organization, and reliable cash handling, with a focus on safety and teamwork across staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
• High level of integrity is required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and endure frequent movement and standing

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining clean, presentable store areas including bathrooms
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned
