Job summary

Weaver Excavating & Septic LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to connect with customers, identify their experience with the company, process requests, and elevate complaints to management to ensure a great service experience.

You will help gather reviews for the company and sister entities, follow premade scripts, and build rapport with customers while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails --Enjoy cold calling customers as well.
• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
• Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Document all customer interactions
• Meet personal and team quotas--Calling customers from the previous weeks work flow.
