Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with locating merchandise, loading when needed, and maintaining organized, clean departments across Appliances, Hardware, Tools, and more. Regularly interact with customers and support store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform physical duties
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
