Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service in our store. You will engage with shoppers and assist with home improvement questions throughout the day.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other areas to ensure top customer service. A part-time option is available with competitive pay and valuable benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience, including inputting and accessing information.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties requiring physical effort.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise and answering questions.
• Stock shelves, identify empty spaces, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware, or plumbing).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
