Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order entry, inquiries, and post-sale activities across branch coverage areas. The role emphasizes independence, process adherence, and customer relationship development to drive satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on customer support experience.

• Strong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist RDCs with customer service questions and returns.
• Support Customer Service Manager with special projects.
• Input orders through the system.
• Input drop shipments through the system.
• Identify backorders and assist with immediate fulfillment.
• Input required licence information for restricted items.
• Complete sales return orders within 48 hours.
• Report product shortages to warehouses.
• Provide customers with order confirmations, tracking details, and AR/invoice status.
