Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

You will handle product inquiries, orders, status updates, returns, and warranty requests with a focus on accuracy and positive experiences. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume inbound calls, emails, chats professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, tracking, returns, and warranties.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Process orders, modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Logistics, Production, and Quality.
• Provide shipping updates and order status to customers.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure complete resolution.
• Educate customers on products and services while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Meet defined customer service, quality, and productivity goals.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
