Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service, order management, or related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, shipments, and invoicing.
• Enter and maintain order details, shipping requirements, and customer information in the ERP system.
• Monitor open and delayed orders and proactively communicate updates and solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Perform order and contract reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify order accuracy.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims; support corrective actions.
• Assist Finance with invoice discrepancy resolution and collection activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver professional, responsive customer service that strengthens relationships.
