Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments.

You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and handle routine transactions in a dynamic store setting. This role requires basic computer and retail tech skills, plus the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic abilities
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations
• Prepare department-specific merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, cutting materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
