Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
