Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Monitor center workload and suggest load level adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow operators to provide one-stop service.
• Understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
