Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
