Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer.
• Six months of experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods while performing duties.
• Minimum 25 lb lifting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf upkeep as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint mixing, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
