Job summary

Responsibilities include handling documents, coordinating with departments, and providing information on ancillary services while upholding RB safety standards. High school diploma required.

• Excellent keyboarding/data entry speed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents per internal coding and Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and customers on required documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Inform customers about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support safety initiatives and daily RB policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
