Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, WI to deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries, process payments, and support daily sale activities. This role emphasizes in-person customer engagement and teamwork within a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• A friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
• You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize all keys and documents by internal coding system and then by Lot number; upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Actively communicate with many departments, teams and customers who sign up equipment when documents are needed (e.g., LOLCs, Purge Documents).
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers.
• Support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: safety of everyone at work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
