Job summary

Chatsworth Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Simi Valley, CA to handle incoming calls from distributors, field sales, and end users.

You will assist with product applications, order status, pricing, and delivery while expediting requests and addressing complaints. In this role, you will maintain product literature, input orders into the system, liaise with technical support, and support distributors and sales managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from distributors, field sales and end users, and respond to product questions and order status requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, cancellations, credits, and expedite requests in line with ISO procedures.
• Coordinate with technical support and marketing to provide accurate information and resolve issues.
