Responsibilities include scheduling orders using automated capacity across sites, inputting orders, verifying pricing, and processing credits/debits as needed. Teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from distributors, field sales and end users.
• Provide product information, order status, pricing and delivery details.
• Process expedite requests and customer complaints.
• Input customer orders into the computer system.
• Schedule orders using capacity data from multiple sites.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to ensure accurate information.
• Maintain distributor and sales manager relationships.
