Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and service concerns.
• Enter and maintain customer, account, quote, and order data in company systems.
• Coordinate order changes, cancellations, and related requests.
• Prepare quotes (including freight) and support Sales with orders.
• Monitor requests and provide status updates to ensure timely completion.
